Same type of calls I keep getting from numerous phone numbers. Very hard to understand! Told them to not call anymore and I am going to report them!

Caller ID said California # 213-247-1314, this number was on my caller ID from them calling several days in a row. When I answered a male with very hard to understand middle eastern accents tried to tell me my computer was illegally downloading something from his website. Caller stated that he worked for windows and instructed me to go turn my computer on and he would walk me through the steps to fix the problem. After I questioned him several times and confronted him with contradictions with his story another man came on the line. Second man spoke better English, he tried to be very bossy and forceful, telling me he was from windows technical support and demanding that I turn on my computer so he could walk me through steps to fix this problem. After told him I wasn't turning anything on unless he could prove to me he was legit, he said "you are full of s***", then hung up.
