This call came in on both my home phone numbers and no message was left. When I researched it it said IRS. When I called the person on the line had no idea why they called and said they were tax payer advocates for people who were owed a refund and wanted to get their money. Very unprofessional. Also the number says it does not have live people answering initially. I have not heard anything from the irs and believe this is a scam.
