This number kept calling. I called it back and found out it belongs to First Financial Bank. The person I've spoken with was nice and apologetic. She said it was an automated call and they'd do something to make it stop. I haven't received any calls from them in the past couple of weeks so I guess problem was resolved. Thank you.
