This seems like a scammer or someone trying to get access to my computer. I answered as I have family in 215 area code and a name showed up. He told me there was something wrong with my computer. HuH? I hadn't called tech support. I asked if he was from Microsoft. He said no, but a company that does tech support for Microsoft, no name either. Alarm bells are ringing now. He asked me to go to my computer. I said I'd call him back as computer was not available. Then hung up and did some research.

Funny thing is he said my computer is infected and we don't have a computer anymore because it really did break and we haven't bought a new one. Obviously they are lying. Man has a strong accent and its hard to understand him. Caller id said Croushore Hayes. The number was 215-855-3647
