Caller hung up after I answered and did not speak. There are a number of different phone numbers that are doing this sometimes I even get a "this number is not in service recording" when I return the call...

Getting nuisance calls from 216-539-0107 and 586-200-0157, when I am on the no call list. These happen numerous times to my cell phone and my wife's phone. They were calling six months ago, stopped, and are starting up again...
