I had the option to speak to someone, but the call didn't allow me to connect to tell the caller that I'm on the do not call list, and to STOP CALLING ME!!! I've had numerous calls from this number, and I can't get it to stop.

This is an Indian scam front company that offers a lower interest rate for your Visa card...If you give them your card number over the phone. These SOB's were about as penny ante as it gets.
