called me at work saying i have criminal complaint against me for fraud or something like that, i told him what is it all about he said let me transfer you to are legal department he put me on pause pressed a beep botton then the same person pick up the phone claiming to be a attorney and i told him i just spoke to you stop playing games he told me that i will get arrested tomorrow and i told him and so will you and he laughed and said oh yeah and i said yes and hung up.

I got this same call at my place of employment and phone, when I asked for information about the call I was put on hold and no one ever answered, I called back and still got no answers about the call.

Tried to tell me there was a criminal complaint lodged against me for fraud, by accepting funds, and never paying them back, the problem with that is, I have never received any money from them, which my bank accounts clearly show, and threatened to have me arrested at my work

Call my phone claiming that I committed fraud and had criminal charges pending against me. Asked what didn't I pay and the woman said a application fee which came up to about $200 when I asked about documentation she could not tell me anything, but they send everything electronically and that I ether pay today or I have a warrant for my arrest and that I would be arrested at my job tomorrow. I laughed and told her she was a joke and after she told me that I needed to go to Walgreens/Rite Aid to get a money card because they only accepted cash I laughed hysterically and told her she could forget about it. She then said I would be arrested and hung up ! She had a thick foreign accent ! 225 310 1054 was the number that called.
