Female called from this number , did not ask to leave a message for anyone in particular and was vague about our (non existant) case, supposedly pending trial, demanding to hear from "you or your attorney of Record" by today.. Closed with a rather threatining statement: "If I do not hear from you immediately, I will document your going direct to council and submit your case to trial. GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY!"
I believe this to be a scam.

Just received a phone call from this number and they left a message on my answering machine. The message was a female voice stating "This is Michelle 'Man?' (couldn't quite make out the last name as it sounded garble) with Pretrial Negotiation regarding a case pending have you or your attorney return my phone call...if you do not govern yourself accordingly" To the best of both my husband and my knowledge we have to cases going. Of course I tried to call the number back and was told the number was no longer valid.
