I had this company come in the other day..... OMG what a freaking joke of a company. First they were late, then as soon as they got there one guy needed to use my bathroom. They told me it would take an hour to do my carpets... that was a joke, they spent about 15 minutes total cleaning. After they left I noticed spots they never even touched. One guy was telling me the best way to clean it myself, if I had time to clean it myself I would have never had you people out to do it. The carpet looks worse now then it did before they cleaned it.... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY>>>> THEY SUCK

I to had this company clean the carpet in my house...I was told they would come back if spots came back...I was NOT told about any fee...I then signed for service to b done. (they didn't tell me about small print). I left to pick up my son..(husband was home)...all they had to move was couch and love seat...15 minutes later I saw them leaving when I was pulling onto my street...spots came back. they tried to tell me there is a fee for returned service...I cleaned the carpet myself...water was black three days after they supposable cleaned my carpet...they go by Quality carpet...Home cleaning service...numbers are 248-850-3828.....248-677-6846...needless to say I could and did a better job myself...I paid them 90.00 to find out how good I am!

Yeah ya stupid ass!! Because I cleaned it and didn't replace your 14 year old raggedy carpet for a whopping 65 bucks. Perhaps I'd have more luck turning your toilet water to wine!!! Or maybe I could walk across it !!! It's tough after a days carpet cleaning sometimes with these dam holes in my hands.......ouch! This thorny crown burns when I sweat!!! Lol.
