Called looking for a "Don" I told them there was no one by that name. He proceeded to tell me that I had a sweet voice and that he wanted to get to know me. I asked him to stop calling me and he then told me he wanted to have sex with me

Caller said I was named in a lawsuit in connection with a legal action by the US Treasury. I will be arrested in less than one hour if I do not call this same number he called me on, 253-216-4397 and ask for the agent in charge of my case: Jason Snyder. I said I will have my Lawyer call. He said "no time for the Lawyer to do anything to stop the arrest" I should call right away. I did'nt call. When asked why he was calling when I did not get any written correspondence. He said there had been many unsuccessful attempts.

Caller said I was named in a lawsuit in connection with a robbery. Would/Could not tell me when or where this happened. Would not give any other information but said within the next 2-3 hours agents would be here to arrest me. When asked where were the agents coming the caller said where I was at.
Since when does any "law enforcement" give you a heads up that you are going to be arrested?
