Keeps calling my house. When I pick up the phone they do not answer and then hang up. When I call the number back I get a recording that says you have been called by 'C R & Apac' and then hangs up

This number has called our Seattle home on average 4 times a day, with no city, starting in mid- or late March. We don't pick it up & there's never been a message left. I just reverse-dialed and an automated voice said "You have received a call from the [CR & APAC?]. Have a good evening." Strange phrasing, when our call was incoming, and our number blocked.
