Started off telling me my computer has a lot of virus's and he could help.He ignored my request of who he was and what company. He asked if I was near my computer, so he could help me. I asked questions again and he hung up. I got the impression that he was going to have me do key strokes to enable him to remotely access my computer.

Called 2/12/11 app. 16:20 Pacific from someone saying they're from a company associated with Microsoft, and that they're the "operating system manufacturer" and have detected problems on "the Microsoft server" that they would "help" me fix. Thick accent, probably Middle Eastern, possibly Indian or Pakistani.

I asked for business name, location, and license number, and they hung up.
