Claimed they were receiving numerous errors from my IP address. I asked for a case number - microsoft has a standard ticketing number system... this was not it. I hung up. Assuming this is some type of scam for personal info.

They called me and said I had some errors in my computer... I asked them a question of which computer are they talking about..since I have multiple computers.. {I knew they are scams..} kept avoiding my questions and yeah.. Scams. Also they said to download Ammyy thingy.. even after I hung up they kept calling for awhile and yeah.. They are a scam.. just hang up or block or something.
