Harassing phone call about a $36.17 bill from AT&T that was for a phone service that was never connected to my 93 year old mother's apartment. I have been told five times by AT&T that this account balance was adjusted to $0.00. The fact that a collection agency is contacting me has just added one more party to the lawsuit I'm filing against AT&T for illegal harassment, emotional distress, and gross incompetence.
