gave me his name and then I ask for him to repeat it he said, "why, I've already told you that" then I ask for the name of the company and address then he went off and said Card member services from chase located in New York look it up on the internet and hung up! tried to call the number back but it went to a voicemail......our better of business here said i needed the address and phone number before they could do anything! Do you know how many I found on the net! the government doesnt care!
