I never answered 302-219-9615 CIDed as "Gib Tech". After reading your posts now I've got them covered with CALL SCREENER program that came with my $22 USB Fax/Modem/voice setup. I've never used any of the Fax/Modem/voice since I fixed mine. But then I actually read some of the instructions and found the jewel Call Screener on the CD by Bob Day that came with it. It took me a while to get the setup files in the right directory's (OK, I did read instructions #;p but It worked until it didn't, about 16 months) Then after I read everything "walla"!! Should have done that the first time. Now when numbers I've blocked or the callers ID, in this case "Gib Tech" gets Call Screener with no chance of it being left on an answering machine. Although they get a fitting audio file just for them IE: @ WTF-messed up.mp3, that I recorded. It goes "to receive a call back dial 198784944045 or wait that's wrong, it's 1497465487946, wait, I think that 4 & 7 are mixed up, maybe it's 164194984774~~~~~~" goes on & on for 10 minutes. I have the audio on so I can hear the person start trying their CON script then the "Hello" "What was that?" "Hey"...........In the mean time I'm ROTFLMAO, thinking "tables turned sucker" #;p,,, BTW "Better Merchant" is also blocked by name & 9 other numbers they use.
