Got the call from 302 241 0396. Claim of legal action, other family member have received same call at land lines and cell phones. I did call the previous number back and was told there was a outstanding Capital One account balance. Which I never have had. Asked for written information, but was told they do not have that available. Said only recourse was to settle up on the phone today. Conversation devolved after that and she hung up. WhenI called the 302 number...it went to voice mail naming Larry Johnson...
