Called saying that My CC interest rate was high and that I can get it lowered. Never used my name. Typical scam tactics, used general info that applies to pretty much everyone, eg current rate over 10%. Never confirmed any account info, I played along a while, first thing she asks is my card expiration date. Hung up. You should do the same without even talking to someone, I was just curious how the scam went. Don't give any info to people that you arent positive who they are.
