On October 13, 2011 I received an Automated Call claiming to be from Herring Bank at 10:51pm CST informing me that my card has been de-activated and that I need to press "1" to have my card re-activated. I do not have a card from Herring Bank. The Phone # that called was 303-847-4100 which belongs to a company called Lion Equity Partners.
