If the public utility company is hiring outsourced india phone laborers to promote something, I will certainly make a point of not subscribing and not participating. Sending jobs overseas is a shameful company action. Do not trust india based call center persons. Entirely too much fraud and scam callers coming from that region of the world. Until they can get their act together and stop the scam callers whom literally ring every day, sensible Americans do not deal with india call center persons.
