This is a scam from West Virginia. I got the same call yesterday and they said the same thing, plus that I owed like 800 bucks. They asked if I wanted to settle then or in court, I told them that I would talk to my lawyer. Google the number and its all over the place as a scam. Call the FTC and report it. It is mandated by law that they send you documents confirming it which I am pretty sure isn't going to happen. Don't give them anything!

Received back to back calls on my cell and work#. Message was a ROBOCALL stating they are ready for civil action against me and I had to respond in court. Also stated" in pursuent to ORDER TO SHOW" that i or my attorney need to call them as a restraining order is against me.
OK where is the truth -- Order to show means you need to have already gone to court and asked for the judge to have a "order to show" proof of the debt or offense, not to show up in court. also why would I have a restraining order against me? No ID on their company name nor a person.
This seems like the same M.O. as the Indian Payday loan scammers and the ones that are American sounding as they ended with "have a good day," and that is how most of the message from the scammers also end the call.
The biggest thing is this WAS a ROBOCALL!!
