They're unfortunately no different than any of the other "services" out there: they pretend to be working to help YOU with your loans, but after offering to help you get loans forgiven &/or reduced, they invariably get around to only consolidating & you paying some high amount for "only 10 years, then loans are forgiven". I've had better offers from other organizations. This guy even encouraged me to consolidate loans that were current AND with lower payments that end w/loan forgiveness after 10 yrs. Self-serving bastards.
