It turns out they are a debt collector company located in Miami, FL. They seem to search the phone numbers registered at the previous addresses of the people they are chasing. The called the numbers associated with the addresses regardless of who lives there now. If one of the previous owners of a house you live in has had a debt problem you will get phone calls from them. Not certain if this is legal. But, that is their practice.
