Auto-dialer called regarding reducing the rate on "my existing credit card" and transferred me to a real person. Person could not tell me WHICH card, just kept saying my current Visa Master Card. Well...which one? I have several. Rep kept cutting me off and putting questions in my mouth (I bet you're wondering who we are and what we can do for you...), but did not answer questions I did ask (which card specifically is this about?). A;so was snippy when I tried to get more information. She says, "oh, since your combined balance on all your cards is over $3000 you qualify for a lower rate." When I replied that I have only a few HUNDRED dollar balance combined, and asked where this information was coming from, she hung up on me. This is a scam.
