Caller ID said cellular caller 307-217-6927. I picked up and there was no answer. This number is being written about on many websites like this one. Many claims and suggestions about various service providers, geographic locations, but on every single occasion there was a phone call and no answer. The question is what would someone gain by a phone call and no answer? If this is some sort of an automated call, does it just dial numbers at random? Does it target specific people? What is the point of these silent calls? Maybe I've watched too many conspiracy theory movies. ??
