When I answer the call, I hear nothing on the line and then the call disconnects.
This would appear to be a repeat of phone calls I was receiving from Time Warner over a year ago, seeking to sell me Time Warner phone service (as I am a Time Warner Internet subscriber). When I finally got a human on the line over a year ago, I asked them to remove me from their call lists. Clearly, that removal was only temporary.

They called my cellphone and asked for me by my first and last name. As an experienced used car dealer I implied he had the right person and asked how I could help him. He went out of his way to tell me he was calling from Mesa Arizona, which was the second red flag since he called from a 310 area code. He then asked to verify that I have a current account with Time Warner, that's when I was done. If you get a similar call, don't fall for it. ANYONE YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH WILL NEVER CALL TO VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT INFO
