They call regularly, wanting me to pay them to take down their bad feedback and put up good feedback. THIS IS ILLEGAL! IT'S CALLED EXTORTION!! If this is happening to you, report it to the authorities. Yelp and those associated with them have been driving millions of people out of business with their selective feedback and there are multi-million dollar class action lawsuits going on against Yelp and other associated sites like Citysearch.
