Calls and hangs up. these scammers do that so you'll call them back. This way if you are on DNC list. They have a excuse of we dialed the number by mistake. When I called them back the guys was rude and said there were lots of missed calls because of bad weather. It doesn't make sense, is your system dialing out because of bad weather. They expect people to buy their marketing plan with these tactics?
