This caller is SPAM. You can ask to have your number remove from their system by pressing 2. However, if you are on the Do Not Call registry, and you have no prior relationship with the company, it is illegal for them to call you in the first place; the fine is $1,500 per incident. I called them back and pressed hit 1 to talk to someone; I told the young lady who answered that I wanted to know why I was called, she would not respond and hung up. When I tried again, the automated system said it did not recognize my phone number. I am reporting them and I am recommending everyone else report them; if they are hit with several $1,500 fines, they will likely stop this annoying and illegal practice.
