Received a call today. Caller ID said "Health Insurance", but the foreign-sounding (Middle East accent) man on the line said it was "US Auto Insurance". I interrupted him politely about a minute in to the conversation and asked him to put me on the do not call list. He became testy and wanted to know why. I explained that I didn't need to give a reason I didn't want them to call me. I then said thank you and hung up. He called back and told me that he would keep calling me back a thousand times and that there wasn't anything I could do about it and then thanked me with a sweetly sarcastic tone. He then proceeded to call me back several times. I called the number and got a recording to remove my number by pressing "1", which I did.

asian speaking wants to qive me a better quote on my alstate inc. it is a scam he will not give me a call back number..... and when i call this number it says press any number to be removed from calling list. so i did let see if it works.48 hrs.

Ha! I finally figured out a way to stop these multiple, constant, annoying phone calls! Just call 866-246-7196 give the caller's and receiver's phone number. They check if the caller's phone number is on their list they provide service for and added the receiving phone number to the do not call list. Within the 1-2 business days for processing, and yes, the calls stopped.
