There are a thieves and scammers in Dearborn lately they pretend as contractors for home repairs. If you pay in advance they harass you to make a fight or they may leave straight with the down payment. Don’t pay in advance or at least pay small amount. One of those thieves his name Mohamad Diab or Diab for Construction and Design he will ask for high down payment also let you buy extra merchandise from Home Depot and Lowes and take from them to go back later to return desk to return them or take them for him self.
AVOID Scams and Theft make sure your home secured and keep your important information like credit cards and social security no ID ..etc away from hands.
