Got a call from 315-636-4241. a guy with a really thick middle eastern accent. Said he worked for Windows, not Microsoft but Windows. That was the first red flag. Said they had been tracking my computer for a couple of days(second flag) and I had several viruses that could cause my computer to crash at any time so I needed to do what he was trying to get me to do to save my computer. Scary thing is he had my name and address as well as landline number, but that is not too hard to get these days. At least he did not threaten to cut my throat the way a caller did last year.
