robo caller ignored the sit tones and this number is not in service four times !!!

i have NOT given out the number to my cell phone which i have only had one month.

robo caller left message about unusual activity on a ATM card for mienke in ???. and a number to call with a refernce number.

so far i have had 14 "bad" numbers and 13 invalid (11 digit) numbers in a month.

check the back of your BOA atm card, you may find this number

Caller wanted to verify my BOA account number as well as my social security number. Could be a phishing scam. I did not give out the information.
