They are a Collection Agency with accounts from various Corporations, apparently including Wal-Mart, Fashion Bug, Verizon Wireless, and others. They have been known to persist in calling over a year straight (at least once a week), rarely leave a message, and very frequently get the wrong number and their Collection Agents apparently have difficulties accepting the fact that they have the wrong number.
In our case, they can call all they want. We have a hi-tech Computer operated Answering system that handles all our calls, and that's behind the standard service that blocks all numbers we don't authorize.
