Calls frequently, a caller claims to be with furthering education having programs for adults in many industries while requiring an email account and asking for your zip code. After a few moments gives a number to contact them if ‘we get disconnected’ then hangs up starting with 203-424-???? where the last digits I did not get as they hung up.

They called, said they were with the "Occupation Inquiry Department", but didn't say which company. The first time they called, I thought it might have been a legit job agency. THey told me to go to my computer, I started asking more questions (like who they are, how they got my #), they immediately hung up on me. They've called several times, each time I told them not to call me anymore, but they keep calling. They've never asked for me by name either.
