Asking them not to call anymore, hanging up on them and not answering the phone calls doesn't help as they kept calling back. What does work to stop all these multiple calls was when I called 866-246-7196, gave the caller's phone number which they verified was on their list and the receiving phone number which they added to the do not call request list. The processing time is 1 to 2 business day but it did stop the calls.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THIS PHONE NUMBER! I didn't bother talking to anyone & thought I could stop these a$$hats from calling by hanging up in the middle of ringing. They called me back half an hour later with my number which they spoofed!

6 p.m. it went to my recorder and there was no message. caller id said it was:
Consumer services at 321-209-6393. Other sites say this is the same as credit card services or card holder services from Bridget, Carmen, Lisa and Rachel. Wish someone would jail these people.

Receive this automated call 2-3 times per week. They want you to talk about any credit card debt you have. When I pressed 1 to speak with a live operator I told them I didn't want to receive any more calls, they hung up on me!

These people are scam artists who are trying to take you credit card number.
PLEASE STOP THESE PEOPLE BY REPORTING THEM TO "THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION". This is not an FCC matter. I called the Trade Commission and was told the more people who complain the better.
