Telemarketer for slip and fall protection using a device -- free she said before I told her I answered because pressing 3 hasn't worked for 2 weeks of daily calls. Then she hung up. We are on the Do Not Call List but that doesn't matter to some marketers.

For those of you out there who want the relief, of these phone calls being stopped, I'm here to endorse the following blog comment, as it does work; ....said to call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list and the receiving phone number to request it to be removed from the caller's list. I did so and after a couple of days the calls stopped!

common SPAM about bogus credit card benefiots related to "the stimulus": suggest you block before getting the call on this new number of theirs. I wonder who sells these telemarketing kits? Maybe the government can subpoena their records (past and on-going) to track and trap violaters of the FTC dnc list.
