My brother of all people received a call from these people three mornings in a row waking him from a deep sleep. Each time they left a message saying that they were going to serve me(his sister) papers at my home address in Texas between 11 am and 4pm that very day. My brother lives in California. Why are they calling him? My brother then called me understandably upset because he was disturbed by all the phone calls.
