Keeps calling OVER and OVER and asks for the copier model number for the machine - she/they say they want to "send out the copier manual" - ??? I HAVE a manual! Insists on the number. Gets mad and raises voice when I question them. Okay - this is totally legit. When I've asked multiple times "Shouldn't you have that" They get loud and start YELLING AT ME!? **SCAMMER** BE Careful!
