Same thing happened to me. Wanted a price for a new roof and house already had a new roof on it. The house was for sale too! Says he was in New York. Later down all the text messages. Wanted me to setup a credit taking service. When I told him I setup an account and I really did not do it. Told him a need him to take a picture of himself, picture of drivers license, picture of credit card front and back. He got back to me and said "I can only send you a picture of my driver's license, because am presently in the hospital now undergo for a surgery of lung cancer" His exact wording.
