these people call other neighbors of mine looking for me which I do not understand why. Their phone# is 323-393-1028. I try calling no one answers or it is busy. They are threatening calls and they need to stop immediately!

These calls have been going on for months. Sometimes I get home and there is a very detailed msg on my machine for someone I don't know involving alleged fraud, bad checks, etc. Saying they will be serving civil papers and starting legal proceeding and telling me a case # etc. I've talking to various people many times telling them I don't know this person (had my number about a year)..and is it even legal for them to leave this personal confidential info on my machine? They are always very rude and usually hang up immed. I have told them I consider this harassment and to please stop the calls but I sometimes get the calls daily then they stop for a week or so. Usually they ask for the same person but occasionally they ask for a few different people as well,its obvious they recycle their phone numbers.
