They call, always from the 323 area code. Ignore any calls from that area code unless you recognized the number as friendly. I turn my answering machine off and allow the phone to ring until they get tired of it. Call your phone company, or get on their website, and lodge a complaint and demand that they provide a solution for their customers. They can automatically block all calls through their system on a system-wide scale. If enough of us call them to report numbers maybe they'll get the idea we're seriously tired of receiving these calls every day.
