Found on zillow for house rental in Long Island New York, like all complaints, he is a missionary in Malaysia and he stated in an email send money and he will send keys, I tracked the phone number to LAX area and spoke with law enforcement also spoke with the secret service for further investigation, this is the third house I had interest in and this number appeared, what a crook and I hope that the secret service can find this scammer.

Scammer on Zillow for 1271 32nd Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94122. Said his name was Hung M Chu and works in a missionary in Malaysia for 4-5 years. Askin for money first and then they'll send the keys

Saw an ad on zillow for a house for 600; recieved an email about a person stating she/he was a missionary not in the states much. I did not call, thank GOD, or would probably be getting harrased right about now. It was a send money and we'll send keys type thing; no, thank you. Haven't read an email since I asked for someone local to show me the place.

He had a fake ad up on zillow for a home in Vegas. Said he was a missionary in Cleveland but this was a california number. Told me to send 700 on a prepaid debit card in exchange for the keys within the first 30 seconds of talking to him. I said it sounded like a scam he instantly hung up.

I also called for an ad on hotpads and got emails to send $600 for deposit to get keys from a William Dube for a condo in Scottsdale Az stating he was a missionary out of the US but currently in Cleveland Ohio. This is a scam. His number 323-638-4454

I called the number 216-640-9350 after I received an email from a Pamela A. Coons abot a rental property off of zillow that i was intetested in located in omaha nebraska... she said she is a missionary and is not I'm the states much... when I called the number no answer and the message said it was magic jack... that was the first red flag... then I got a return call from 323-638-4454 and the guy... not lady ...spoke with an African accent ... that was the second red flag... Ialso received another email stating that I would have to send $600 deposit and then they would fedex the keys so that I could take a look at the property... politely told him that I googled to see who owned the property and I was declining ... and hung up

I called 2166409350 after responding to a Craig's list ad for an apartment in Baltimore, MD. Afterwards, I was called several times, sent a text message from 2025594872 and this number. The person who called back tried to get me to "send $600 in exchange for the keys to the apartment". I refused as I had not seen the place yet. After which, my number appeared on some site named Zillow on rental ads all over the US. People keep calling and harrassing me.
