Called stating they were a cousin coming to visit from Mexico. Supposedly had $26,000 with him and was held up at Fresno Airport. Needed money desperately to get to us. Asked why he didn't contact his sister for help (lives about 10 miles away) and said it was because it was a surprise. Well, surprise! You aren't getting any help from us!
