spoke extremely low as if hiding who he was. Refused to speak louder so I could hear him clearly. I hung up. A call such as this can be dangerous.

Spoke to a representative. Then another calls as if I have not already had a conversation. When I asked if my conversation was already in their system the person seemed confused
