My Mom just called and said someone named John Davenport called from 347-467-1194 and asked for me. She told him I wasn't home and he left his name and number. I just tried to call back and got a recording that I had reached a non-working number.

Before I called I did a search of the area code and saw that it was Brooklyn, NY. Curious - last month there were 14 fraudulant charges on one of my credit cards. All the charges were in New York.

Said she was calling from their legal department, and that legal action was being taken against me. Said to call her back or have my attorney call her. Foreign accent, not easy to understand.
