guy claiming his mane to be Charles Conner, but having a very thick asian accent callled me and also one of my friends looking for me. He also had all my personal information. I tried to call the number left and only got a busy signal. He later called me at on my work and was very rude threatining to sue me over a payday loan made last year. I never made such a loan and then he gave me to his "supervisor", a female with a very thick asian accent and she told me they would be filing a law suit against me and sending paperwork to the court, me and my employer. I asked for a copy of the so called note I supposedly signed and told I could hire a lawyer and fight it when I got a copy of the lawsuit.
this must be so kind of scam and I will file a complaint with our Secretary of State's Office on Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission, US Attorney and the FCC. One of them should be able to shut down this bogus operation and save us all headaches.

they left a message on a state employment agency, stating that their corporate office received a very urgent legal matter and it involves my name and social security number. they want me to call them back to discuss the details of this phone call. this is scary that they have my phone and name. caller has a very heavy indian accent. where are this calls/guys coming from and how in the world did they get a government phone number??? very scary... .

She had a very strong indian accent and left a voice message on my work phone saying that this was a legal matter that she had to discuss and gave me this number to call her back and she said she had my social security number which is very scary. they called once before and I couldnt understand the woman at all and she just hung up when I asked to speak to someone who can speak english.

these people called me at work my cell and my mom i called back they just want cc or checking info to collect 500.00 i owe for a pay day loan i advised send soemthing in writing then i wil pay he just stated see you in court they called several times in one day at least 4-5 times

these idiot called me eight times in less then ten minutes demanding I pay for a payday loan I never took out. They had all my information including my mothers maddien name. Scary to think how the get all this. I wish someone could stop these people. I talked to a froy smith and richard miller and a eric foster. They told me they would see me in court when I told them I wasn't paying them a thing. They also told me they would make sure they got me fired from my job for this. Then hung up on me and called right back to hang up on me again. They need to be stoped
