This man with a very deep account called to confirm I had got a loan about a year ago. He went over my info but I was trying to understand him at the same time because he has a deep accent. I wanted to speak with someone who spoke clearer English but he would not let me. He stated that he was the supervisor and I could speak with no one else. He stated that legal action would be taken out against me and I could settle out of court. If I were to go to court it could cost me somewhere around $2,000 or I could settle for $500. I just want to speak with someone else!!!
