*****Just found out what it is. Anytime you disconnect services with them this team is responsible for calling you and getting you to turn them back on. It's on an automatic dialer (so sometimes you'll get a person, sometimes a message). Just called Brighthouse's main number (407-291-2500) and one of the supervisors took my name and number off of that list (I still have their internet but not cable, and they don't want to lose THAT business over trying to get extra business). Hope this helps everyone!******
