Caller left a voice message identifying himself as officer Brian Schneider IRS development stating there is an arrest warrant at "YOUR" physical address. (I have lived here for 28 years) He did not mention my name at all. His accent wasn't quite normal for a person with the name Schneider.
Besides, the IRS would not call anyone. They do so by mail first. Total scam. I would NEVER call back to a number such as this.
